Arbuscular Mycorrhizal Fungi and Diazotrophic Diversity and Community Composition Responses to Soybean Genotypes from Different Maturity Groups

چکیده
Soybeans can simultaneously form tripartite symbiotic associations with arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi (AMF) and diazotrophs. However, no studies have explored whether soybean genotypes differing in their maturity groups (MGs) may implications for the recruitment of rhizosphere soil AMF We investigated diversity community compositions diazotrophs three (MG) using high-throughput sequencing. The MGs were MG1.4, MG2.2, MG3.8, representing early, standard, late maturity, respectively, study region. Soil chemical properties yield-related traits determined, co-occurrence network patterns drivers also analyzed. results obtained demonstrated that richness relatively stable genotypes, but noticeable differences observed diazotrophs, being significantly higher than early maturity. there diazotrophic composition among different MG changes proportion dominant species necessarily related to genotypes. Co-occurrence analysis showed positive correlation between gradually decreased earlier other later structural equation model organic carbon, AMF, nutrients, extracellular enzyme activities important factors driving yield change, carbon accounting more 80% pathways These suggest genotype selection based on plays an role recruiting both communities, comparison are responsive

Diversity of Rhizosphere Soil Arbuscular Mycorrhizal Fungi in Various Soybean Cultivars under Different Continuous Cropping Regimes
Recent studies have shown that continuous cropping in soybean causes substantial changes to the microbial community in rhizosphere soil. In this study, we investigated the effects of continuous cropping for various time periods on the diversity of rhizosphere soil arbuscular mycorrhizal (AM) fungi in various soybean cultivars at the branching stage. The soybean cultivars Heinong 37 (an intermed...

Arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi respond to increasing plant diversity
The effect of plant diversity (1, 2, 8, or 16 species) on arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi (AMF) was assessed at the Cedar Creek Long-Term Ecological Research site at East Bethel, Minnesota, from 1997 to 1999. At each of the five samplings, AMF in 16-species plots produced from 30 to 150% more spores and from 40 to 70% greater spore volumes than AMF in one-species plots. Regressions of spore number...
متن کاملDiversity of Arbuscular Mycorrhizal Fungi and Their Roles in Ecosystems
Arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi (AMF) have mutualistic relationships with more than 80% of terrestrial plant species. This symbiotic relationship is ancient and would have had important roles in establishment of plants on land. Despite their abundance and wide range of relationship with plant species, AMF have shown low species diversity. However, molecular studies have suggested that diversity of...
متن کاملSpecies of plants and associated arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi mediate mycorrhizal responses to CO2 enrichment
It has been suggested that enrichment of atmospheric CO2 should alter mycorrhizal function by simultaneously increasing nutrient-uptake benefits and decreasing net C costs for host plants. However, this hypothesis has not been sufficiently tested. We conducted three experiments to examine the impacts of CO2 enrichment on the function of different combinations of plants and arbuscular mycorrhiza...
